Contact 2 not working Photoshop Elements 2018

After working well, Contact 2 is not working. Error messages: Operation could not be completed. The file or directory could not be found. AND Could not complete the Contact 2 command because of program error.  Reset preferences.  Uninstall app, reinstalled.  Still doesn't work.  Any suggestions

    You just need to reset the CiontactSheet II preferences.

    That is done by going to

    /Users/User Name/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Elements/16.0/Adobe Contact Sheet II

    and deleting the

    Adobe Contact Sheet Prefs
