Contacting someone before purchase

For the love of god, can you people please make it easier to contact someone???  I have not even bought your software yet and I already hate the level of difficulty.  Anyway, I do want to purchase a package of Photoshop et. al.  However, I am a Canadian citizen living in Taiwan.  I am not certain how to sign up.  Should I use the Chinese site or the Canadian English site?  I want to do it on payments, but only have a Visa debit card.  Am I allowed to use that, or do I need an actual credit card?  I pray to whichever gods are out there that someone can finally answer my questions!

Well, aren't you helpful. If you had read my post and understood it, you would understand that I CAN'T CONTACT ADOBE. There website directed me here, so one would assume they would keep up on things. Now, unless you have a useful solution, please do not respond.

Why do you feel someone from Adobe will see your message? This is a user to user forum.

Still no answer. How is this company run? I can't find an answer, admin isn't contacting me, I was not sent any emails to inform me that people had attempted to answer me, I can't find alerts to this forum in my Adobe account, there is no direct email contact, entering the forums is stressfuly difficult, and so on. I think I might just use Gimp! Will someone in administration PLEASE CONTACT ME!!

Please be sure you understand the difference between Photoshop and Photoshop Elements before you try to buy. They are different products, with different deals, different packages, and available in different countries.

I am well aware of that, but thank you for reminding me.  However, none of this answers my questions.  Is there a way of contacting an actual human being at Adobe?  Frankly, this company makes it very difficult to get answers. I was not even notified by email that anybody answered my questions. The problem I am referring to is that I am residing in Taiwan, but need everything in English.  If I have to use a Canadian application to accomplish that, then my address cannot match my card.  So again, do you know how to contact a real human being by email here?

Usually Visa is acceptable provided the cardholder and billing address match.
