Content Aware Fill in Photoshop Elements

I teach a class for those using Photoshop Elements.  They have several versions.  I want to show them how to use Content Aware Fill to make an image fit a 5x7 print.  What versions offer this option?

    If you are talking about the Edit>Fill Selection>Use: Content Aware option, it has been around since Elements 13.
