Converting NEF files into jpegs - the quickest method

I have PSE 2026. Could anyone tell me the simplest, quickest method of converting my RAW files into jpegs, either through Organizer, or after editing. I wish to be done in batches, not one by one. Thank you.

After you process your nef files in the Camera Raw dialog, select all the nefs and click Open to get them into the Photoshop Elements Editor then go to File>Process Multiple Files and where it says Process Files From select Opened Files.

In the Organizer under File>Export As New File(s) you select a location to export the JPEG files to.

Then you can import the saved JPEGs into the Organizer from that location.

Sorry I do not understand. The editing files go through to the NEF editing, and there is no file > Process Multiple Files there. Secondly, If I use File>Export, how do I find the jpeg file and get it inot Organizer?
