Converting old PSE 2020 catalog

When I list or browse I can see the 2020 catalog file I want to convert, but it is greyed out and cant be loaded by PSE 2024.  Using Mac with Sonoma, and need some solutions,  Thank you.

    Have you clicked the Convert button in the Catalog Manager?  That opens a new dialog where you can browse to the old catalog.  You may also be pointing to the wrong folder in the Custom location browser.
