Converting Tiffs into jpgs

When converting my images from Tiff files into jpegs to upload onto the net they are not the same colour wise.

I am using Elements 12 and set the colour profile to srgb. I have tried using both ''save as'' or ''save for web'' then when I open them in windows the colours do not look anything like they do in elements.

Any help would be good thanks.
