Copy/Paste not working in MacOS save box

I updated my MacOS from a fairly old version to Ventura and now copy/paste doesn't work using CMD-C and CMD-V in the save box. I updated to the newest Elements (from Elements 2018) but it still doesn't work.

I normally give my photos a name and a number. The name is the same and the number is consecutive. I copy the name and paste it and add the number as I save each photo. However, since updating MacOS, The keyboard shortcuts don't work in the same box.

When I use the keyboard shortcut, I see the top EDIT menu get highlighted but no copy of paste occurs.

But If I action click in the box and select copy/paste, it works fine.

Anyone know how to get the keyboard short cuts working again?

Go to Apple>System Settings>Privacy & Security>Full disk Access and add

the Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor.app

in Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023/Support Files to the list.

I was hopeful and tried it with no luck. Since Elements was stuttering a bit on my old iMac, I bought a brand new Mac Studio but it's the same issue. I added the elements app and the elements editor app to the full disk access list but sadly, it hasn't fixed the issue.
