Where is the link for refunding for my purchase of PE2018 please?  I am very disappointing with PE18 and am not willing to waste any more time getting it to do what PE15 has been doing for me.  Why can't People be transferred from PE15 to PE18?  It takes weeks to get them all named again and tyhat isn't what I paid for.
