Hello, I can no longer open a large part of my photos in Photoshop Elements. I keep getting an error message that there is a program error, how is this possible and how can I solve this problem.

Do you mean you are using Lightroom Classic as your photo manager with Elements as your pixel editor?

Anyway, we need more info about your issue; Mac or Win OS version, Adobe softwares and versions.
