CR 3 Files in PSE 2019
Can anyone tell me if PSE 2019 Camera Raw 10.4 handle CR 3 raw files please.

Raw file formats are unique to every camera model - regardless of the CR2 or CR3 file extension - so we need to know which camera you’ve got.
Two Canon cameras currently have CR3 Raw file formats:
Cameras supported by Camera Raw
EOS M50 - first supported in Camera Raw 10.3 so it's supported in PSE 2019.
EOS R - first supported in Camera Raw 11.0 so it's not supported in PSE 2019 since there's no version 11 ofthe Camera Raw plugin which is compatible with 2019 yet. You'll have to use the free Adobe DNG Converter instead.
