Create desktop shortcuts to launch PSE with a specific catalog

I would like to create a way to launch the Photoshop Elements organizer with a specific catalog.

Problem to solve:  Currently if we want to switch between catalogs we must use:
   File->ManageCatalogs->Select the catalog -> Open
  alternatively we can use Ctrl-Shift-C->Select the Catalog - > Click Open

To make it easier for the family, I'd ideally like to have two Windows desktop shortcuts, you click one you get PSE running with Catalog A, and clicking on the other you get Catalog B.

In an ideal world, I'd like to be able to launch the PSE Organizer with an argument, for example:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Elements 2020 Organizer\PhotoshopElementsOrganizer.exe --C mycataloga.pse15db

Anyone know if this is possible?

I was going to suggest the same as Greg.

Another tip to know is that:

You only have to keep  the shift key pressed when launching the organizer to get the menu to select catalogs. That's useful when the requirement is not for a given user to select its own catalog, but for yourself to switch between several personal catalogs.

Simply find each catalog file in Windows Explorer, right-click for a context menu, and use the Send to>Desktop (Create shortcut) command.  Give each shortcut a distinct name, then double-click on the one you want to work with.  It will open in the Organizer.
