Create Photos Pages

I'm compiling a book on one of my family lines. I want one chapter to be all photos. Can I create these photo pages in Photoshop Elements 15? If so can someone tell me how to create blank pages?

I'm guessing I may have 30-50 pages of photos.

When you say "pages" exactly what do you mean?

Do you mean something like in these links:

The photo books created by Photoshop Elements are 8x11 but I need them 11x8. Can you change the 8x11 to 11x8?
