Creating Photo Book

Good Day,

In Photoshop Elemenets 13 when creating a Photo Book there is only one size option and when i want to print the pages is square.

In Photoshop Elements 12 there are 2x size options to choose from 297x210mm & 300x300mm

How can i add these sizes to elements 13?
