Creating scripts or actions in Elements 15

I would like to create a script or action that would save the file as a jpeg.  Currently there are so many steps to do that, I was hoping there was a way to streamline it but haven't been successful figuring it out.  Any suggestions?

    I don't understand this. Saving a file in a given format is a 2 click process for me. Where do you encounter a problem in your work-flow?
