Is there a way to change the shortcut ctrl+alt+G to ctrl+G that I am use to from my older version of PSE?

The You Tube episode refers to Elements Plus, This is an inexpensive plug-in to PSE.

Not that I'm aware off. As far as I can tell this is one of the limitations of the Elements version. In Photoshop you should be able to find the option under the 'Edit' menu (or by pressing control-alt-shift + k on Windows) but that doesn't work.

However... I did notice that the data folder of PSE 2021 ("%APPDATA%\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\19.0") has a 'Presets' subfolder which in its turn has a 'Keyboard Shortcuts' subfolder. So if that folder is actually used (I doubt it) then it might be theoretically possible to put a matching configuration file in there to set this up. Of course... good luck trying to find out the right formatting 😉

So summing up: I don't think this is possible with PSE.

That was bad news 😞 I thought it could be possible when I saw this at Youtube - but I can't find the script....
