Deactivate old computers

Question

Hello,I have a problem. I want to install Adobe Photoshop elements 15 on my new computer. It has been used before but I don't have access to this computers anymore so I can't deactivate the old computers. Now, when I open Photoshop, it says that the maximum of permitted users with my serial number has been reached and that I have to deactivate the other computers to use the product.Can you please help me?

Suggest that you contact Adobe. If you registered the product, they may be able to help.
