Deactivate PE 2023?

Question

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 with license for two computers in December 2022. I installed it to a PC with Win11 and a laptop with Win10. Everything was fine until last week. I was using it daily. Last week (after a big Win11 update), when  I started to run the app in PC Win11, Serial No was requested again. I gave the correct No, but I was told to deactivate the other computer. I have a licence for two and I have installed it only in two. What can I do? I know license issues should be solved with Adobe itself, but I have not found any way to contact them. Can anyone give me a hint what to do?
