Deactivating PS Elements 9 licenses on broken pc's

I have tried everything but cant deactivate other pc's that have died. want to install my PS Elements 9 on a new pc.

PSE 9 was released about 14 years ago. You need to consider pse 2024- a world of difference. It does requier Windows 10.

Sorry, but deactivation is now only available if you have access to the application on the computer to be deactivated.
