Deinstallation (Lizenz) photoshop elements 14 bei unbedienbarkeit des Rechners

Wie deinstalliere/deaktiviere ich eine Photohop Elements 14 Instanz/Lizenz auf einem nicht mehr bedienbaren Rechner, um sie auf einem anderen installieren zu können?

Only Adobe Staff  can deactivate computers which are no longer available.

On the bottom right you have a talk bubble with 3 dots enclosed in a circle.

Click on this bubble and type 'Agent' to get an Adobe staff helper.

Be very clear that you only want help for deactivation of unavailable computer, not normal help in using Elements. That should take only a couple of minutes. If the agent does not seem to understand, insist and ask to be transferred to a superviser.
