Deleting color panels

Hello, I am very frustrated. I am learning adobe photo shop and I accidently created a color panel I do not want. How do I delete them. I have watched tutorias and the advice does not work.

Those are a list of your recently used swatches.

You can disable that by unchecking Show Recents in the Swatches flyout menu.
