DESPERATELY NEED HELP WITH PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS INSTALLATION

Hello. I am desperate for help and I can't seem to get any from Adobe through their support. I am away from my PC where I have Photoshop Elements 2023. My brother passed away and I am out of town with my laptop that doesn't have the app. I'm trying to install it from the EXE file that I received when I purchased it. I keep getting error messages. Also, I can't log in to their website where I might have pertinent info. I am beside myself because I'm trying to finish a tribute video of my brother before his funeral on 1/5/26. I stopped my virys protection re: the Adobe chat support. I have updated Windows. CAN ANYONE HELP ME??? My email address is [Deleted personal information]. If you email me please put Elements Support in the Subject.

THANK YOU!!!!

@rteestman, I'm sorry for your loss.

Try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 package on your laptop.  Install both the x86 and x64 versions of the file.

If you registered your original purchase with Adobe it should be possible to install the software from your Adobe account.

Use this link to log-in with your Adobe Id and go to the products tab to start the download of your software.

1. This is the Photoshop forum not Elements

2. What errors are you getting?

3. You'll need the product serial number along with the installer file

4. if anyone emails you, ITS A SCAMMER. Adobe Support will not email you directly without you opening a case.
