Did someone talk to support about the Elements 2024 Editor not launching showing an error

I think someone indicated that they had to uninstall editor 2024 and the reinstall it to work with windows 7 Is that correct? If so do you loose your picture catelog when you delete the app? Or when are they gong to fix the problem caused by the last update?

Uninstalling the program does nothing to the Organizer's Catalog. It will remain intact (unless you have moved the catalog to a really strange place.)

I don't know whether Elements 2024 will work with Windows 7. The System Requirements say that Windows 7 and 8.1 are not supported.
