did the select tool disappeared from 2025 version ?

I have used the 2021 version and i swear there was a mouse like icon to select stuff . I am using now move iconn but when i select a photo i cannot ctr c and control v . 
Is my installation bugged ? How can i have the default mouse pointer tool like in 2021 ?
