Digital photo frame

A lot of my edited photos won't play on my digital photo frame. They are all saved as jpegs and look fine on the memory card, when it is in a laptop. This is the first time this has happened, it's always been fine before.

Anybody any ideas?

I just saved copies of my edited photos as JPEGs in a folder, then copied them to the SD card. Made sure the resolution matched what the photo frame could handle.

I assume that the edited jpeg files display OK on your laptop. If you want to attach one of the edited files here, I will take a look at it to see if anything might stand out as an issue. But, otherwise, I suggest you contact the digital frame manufacturer to see if they can offer any support suggestions.

That's very kind of you. The first 2 are the ones that don't play and the 3rd one is fine.

What OS and version of Elements are you using?

Does your photo frame have any size limitations? Please explain in more detail what happens on the frame. Do unedited files play but the edited ones don't? Are the original unedited files in a raw format?

Hi thanks for response. It's Microsoft Windows and premiere elements 2021. Not in raw format but compact. Unedited files play ok but edited ones are like the 2 photos I have attached. Thanks.
