DirektX kann beim Start von PSE 9 nicht initialisiert werden

Das Programm wurde unter Windows 10 installiert (neuer PC). Beim Start erhalte ich die Information:
DirektX konnte nicht initialisiert werden.
Das Programm DirektX (Version 12) ist jedoch auf meinem PC installiert.
PSE 9 wurde bereits 2 x deinstalliert und neu installiert.
Bei der Installation gibt es keine Probleme.

Wer kann helfen?

Hallo, haben Sie zufällig eine möglichkeit mir die Daten für PS ES 9 zur Verfügung zu stellen... mein PC erlitt einen Schaden, und nach der Reparatur ist alles weg. ICH HABE DEN LIZENZSCHLÜSSEL; FINDEN ABER KEINEN DOWNLOADLINK FÜR DAS PROGRAM :::  Photoshop Elements 9... vielleicht kann jemand einen zur Verfügung stellen. Windows Home 10 (64) . Das wäre Klasse. DANKE

Hey, THANK YOU... 

I just already tried this steps...when I want to register the product it says that the license Key is already used...so I can't add it (register it) in my account...so I'm not forwarded to the link 😞

That's why I have asked if maybe, anyone has an older link, that is really just working for downloading...
