Disable Photoshop Elements 2021 Updates

Dear all, I would like to know if there's a way to suppress the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 updates on client systems. Our users usually don't have admin permissions and therefore can't run the update by themselves, but I'm unfortunately not able to suppress this update popop.. 

Any help appreciated...
