Disappearing tag icon

In PE 18 what must I do to keep the tag icon on the image? Currently it disappears in 2-3 seconds.

Simply use the shortcut Ctrl D to switch to the 'detailed view' (or use the menu).

You are in the default 'adapatative' view where the images are shown without any text (file name, date) or keyword/stacks icons.

You are shown the transient icon to confirm the tag has been applied, but it disappears to leave a clean screen with only images.
