Yes any photoshop elements version before 2023 has terrible graphical glitches when running on macOS Sonoma 14.

Don't know when or if the issue will be addressed, so you best option for now unless you want to wait for a fix, which could be never, is to purchase pse 2024, which happens to on sale right now as of this posting.

yes i recently updated to sonoma 14 and now you mention it i can find there seems to be compatibility problems on the web.
