Question

Does Elements 9 require win 32, not working on X64?

I have an older version of Element 9 (CD with serial number OK). Today I try to install it on my new Lenovo. This Lenovo has 64 bits IOS. Installation of Elements 9 does not suceed. I cannot see why? Can Elements 9 only drive when windows 32 ? Does anybody know? What about a quick fix or a simple sollution?

Did you try to install as an administrator?

Did you try to install in compatibility mode?
