Does Not Get Any Worse Than This
Contacted Adobe to get some help transfering my Elements 2018 which I purchased from Adobe, to a new computer. I don't have the original disc or "box" so they are giving me all kinds of grief. Then, as a final straw, they say this is a "retired" product and will no longer give me any assistance. Are you kidding? These people have lost their way. If they don't resolve this, it's the last Adobe product I'll ever purchase.
