Does Photoshop Elements 2018 have command line arguments?

I use a program called Faststone Image Viewer when I want to look at my photos.  Although this program has some basic editing functions it does have the option of launching a photo editor like Elements.  So far, I've been able to configure Faststone to launch Elements however Faststone is not passing the path of the file currently being viewed to Elements and I'm assuming that Elements has some sort of argument that it's expecting.  Does anyone know what this argument might be?  Thanks.

FastStone has two fields within their program when you want to launch a 3rd party photo editor.  One is the complete path of the Photoshopelementseditor.exe and the other field is the argument needed by the EXE to open the file you want to edit.  Not sure how Canon does it but if I scan a photo on my scanner, as soon as I save the scanned image it opens up Elements with the newly saved image file.

Just point to the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2018 using the Add button and leave the second field Parameters alone.

The Faststone version is 6.4 which  is the current version.  My system is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit patched with all October 2017 patches.

I wonder if version 6.3 would work?
