Does the ASUS Studiobook dial work with Photoshop Elements?

The Asus Studiobook laptop has a multi-function dial that is advertised as being useful when using Photoshop Does this only work for the Creative Cloud? I am unable to get the dial to work with Photoshop Elements 2023.

Photoshop CC is much more customizable than Elements so it would not surprise me if your device doesn't work with Elements. You may want to check with Asus support.
