Does the customer support exist?

The links that tell you that they'll take you to the contact information of the customer support lead back to a page with the link that sent yozu to the first link. The customer support seems to exclusively exist in sending the customer in circles on the web page. I would be surprised if there actually was a customer support. Very very frustrating.
