don't have permission to save as in photoshop editor

In Photoshop Elements 14, when I edit a photo, then try to save as,  it won't allow me to save. I get a message.  "you don't have permission to modify files in this network location.    Contact the Administrator per permission to make these changes.     Please help.  Where do I go to find the administrator etc.  Please what steps do I need to take.
