Donner une couleur à un outil

Bonjour

Quand j'utilise par exemple l'outil gomme, son contour est blanc, je voudrais qu'il soit rouge afin de bien le voir quand le fond sur lequel je travail est clair.

Comment faire ?

I use the Mouse Pointer Crosshairs which are part of Microsoft PowerToys when working in PSE. This tool provides crosshairs across the screen both vertically and horizontaly centered on the mouse pointer. You can customize the color and size in the settings. You can download PowerToys from the Miscrosft Store or GitHub at https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/releases/tag/v0.59.1

You cannot change the color of the cursor. But, if you go to Edit>Preferences>Display&Cursors you can change the appearance of various cursors to make them more visibile to you.
