When try to open Adobe Elements,Adobe does not recognize me as an authorized user of this web site.?

I wonder if what you are reporting looks like a mysterious issue I had very recently. While being logged in to the current forum and running a different software, I had to click on the screen spot where the link to one of the current subforum links are displayed just hidden under the window of the other software. I have suspected a bug in my Firefox browser. When in doubt, I resize the hiding software window to avoid clicking on the links to the subforum of Adobe Support community.

Does anybody meet that situation ?
