Download Elements 13

First of all I must say that the "Download and Installation" process for Elements 13 is time consuming and a waist of time. My time is worth Far More than the cost of a CD. You system stinks and I can assure you that I will NEVER purchase another Abode product

I go to your page (Download Adobe Premiere Elements 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10) select 13, 64 bit for Windows (15 GB). The Download begins but in 2 hours only Downloads 1.57 GB (1,964,060,544). At that point the "Download" box continues to show a Download but the amount of Data does not increase. The Downloaded Data in 2 hours was 1,964,060,544 and at the 6 hour mark was the same. I have gone through the process several times with the same results. Your phone chat tells me the program is no longer covered and supplies NO help.

Unless my issues are resolved I will forget this program and move on. I have better things to do with my time than play with your user unfriendly program.
