Download Elements 2019

I have a License for Elements 2019. I now want to close down the PC it is currently on and download to a new PC.

I tried the suggested link and only got offered 2020 and 2021.

Where can I get 2019 and do I need to deactivate my 2019 on the old PC; if so how do I do that?

Any advice please?

Deactivate by going to Help > Sign out from the Editor menu.
