I have purchased an upgrade Photoshop Elements 15 and received emails with confirmation to upload. It shows in my account products ready but I get a message " Software Download 404 currently unavailable for download report error"    Who do I report to and how long before I get the product I have paid for. Very annoyed as it shows on my credit card as being processed and paid for.

    Also, it would be helpful if you can share the link with us where you are getting 404 error.
