I have a current subscription to Photoshop Element 2023, running on Windows. Was forced to buy a new desktop with Windows 11. Downloading 2023 edition fails. Is it an problem with the new Windows?

@alw44673157 Photoshop Elements is not on a subscription, can you post a screenshot of the exact error message you're getting
