Download Link Photoshop Elements 12 & Premier Elements12

Cannot find any link direct or otherwise to download Photoshop Elements 12 & Premier Elements 12.

i would like to reinstall this application on another computer..

There does not appear to be a download link for versions prior to 14

The download listed adjacent to version 12 keeps diverting to the latest version 2018,

I only want in this case is to use my older version 12..

i have the licenses for the other earlier versions 9-13 of Photoshop Elements & Premier Elements12.

I would appreciate any assistance
