Download of Elements 2024
I purchased Elements 2024 on 25/11/2023 from Microsoft. So the product is not registered on the Adobe website. Looking back at my order in 2023, I can click on my order which takes me to a screen where it says “This product is unavailable in your market” go to “View in store”. The product is not available in the microsoft store either. I canot find any way to contact Microsoft about this...any ideas?
I need the product installation files again as I appear to have some sort of corruption i.e. when I open organiser, none of the tabs at the top left of screen respond . I have read that this may be due to a corrupt catalog. If I open Organiser which shift key pressed I get the manage catalogs screen. I think there should be a “repair” tick box….but there isn’t one. I have tried Optomise but it doesnt solve the problem.
Any ideas/help gratefully received (even if it means purchasing Elements 2024 again!)
