Download program crashes

I have attempted to installed Photoshop Elements 15 on my iMac and Mac Book Pro - in both instances I can download the install program (Arvato Bertelsmann) but as soon as I run it, it crashes?

Has anyone else encountered this???

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please specify the MAC version on which you are working. Also share your crash logs here.

    Hi Shaddha,

    OS is Sierra Version 10.12.2.

    Crash log came up a couple of times but not since.

    I'm now using Adobe's helpx site to download the programme.

    If that fails I'll let you know
