Download von Photoshop Elements klappt nicht mehr

Hallo,

Photoshop Elements 12 habe ich sowohl von der Original-DVD als auch aus meinem Adobe-Konto mit beiden erforderlichen Downloads (siehe auch die Anfrage von Caroline26784593mz92 vom 26. Oktober 2022) installiert. Nach Eingabe meiner Adobe-ID bekomme ich folgende Meldung: 

"Später erneut versuchen

Aus Sicherheitsgründen wurde Ihr Zugriff vorübergehend deaktiviert.
Wenden Sie sich an den Adobe-Support, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten."

 

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen?
