downloaded 64 bits instead of 32 bits

Hi!

I hope someone could help me. I bought the Photoshop elements 15 for windows 10 (32bits) but when I tryed to instal it I noticed it's 64 bits and I can't instal it to my computer.

What do I do? is there 32bits version of PS elements? or can I get my money back?

    See the requirements for Elements 15:

    Tech specs & system requirements | Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 for Mac, Windows, PC

    It is ONLY 64 bits.

    So, you should contact 'Customer Care' and ask for a refund.

    (Note that you would not have to bother for a refund if you had first dowloaded the trial version to see how it works with your hardware and software).
