Downloaded PSE 15 Grief

I downloaded PSE 15 direct from Adobe. I used PSE12 till now. Install stops at a page asking me for a serial number or redemption code. I never received one. Now what?

    Have you ever paid for PSE15?

    If not, is there any reason that you are now downloading PSE15?

    WHAT? Yes. I bought it! Downloaded from Adobe direct! What a question.

    You said you downloaded it. Downloading is free. I was just unsure if you'd actually purchased it. Many people download without purchasing. No offence intended.

    When you purchased, you should have received an email from Adobe confirming your purchase. Did you receive one?


    Thanks, sir. I purchased it / downloaded it this morning. I have not received an e-mail from Adobe and it's nearing midnight here! Usually that's standard if one's needed, and somewhat immediate. This narrows it down, though! I'll check with my ISP on the morrow.
