Downloading a previously purchased PSE 15

My copy of PE 15 may be corrupted. If I delete it from my system and download PE 15 again will the new copy pickup up my existing catalogs, albums, tags  and settings?

    The catalogs are not changed if you uninstall/reinstal Elements.

    You'll have to select your catalogs from the organizer menu, that's all. That include catalogs, albums, tags, version sets, stacks, ratings...

    You'll have to reenter your preferences.
