I have an old Photoshop Elements 10 which is registered with Adobe. I also have a new computer without a disc tray. I tried to download from the website and got the executive downloaded, but it is telling me it is missing an archive file? I clicked on the 32 to download, I am very old myself and wonder if there is anything I can do about it, without buying another photoshop product thankyou

When you click the Download button to get PSE 10 you get a choice of downloads for both Windows and Mac.

You want to download the bottom two on that list which are the Download.exe and Download.7z

(the red squares in the screenshot are what i put to highlight the areas)

In your Downloads folder you should then have both the PhotoshopElements_10_LS15.exe and PhotoshopElements_10_LS15.7z files.

Double click on the PhotoshopElements_10_LS15.exe to get the PSE 10 install started.

I will try again thanks, The only excuse I have is I am very old now, but
still like to learn and keep my artwork secure. I will contact you when I
have done this or not done this. Thanks again.

You need to download both the Download.exe and Downlod.7z, then double click on the Download.exe file to get the PSE 10 install started.
