downloading elements 10

I got a new computer with Windows 11 I cannot load Elements 10 with my discs as the computer cannot accept them. I need something for Windows 11

You should be able to download Photoshop Elements 10 from your Adobe account:

Use another computer to copy the disc to a flash drive or use an external disc drive.
