Downloading NEF raw files in PE 14

I was sent a batch of raw files taken on a Nikon 750 via a dropbox link

When I open a file and right click on the image the downloaded file is saved as a non descript white  page icon with a top corner folded  of only 169kb that is impossible to open in PE14

A window appears indicating could not complete your request as the file is not the right kind of document.

Any help in downloading these files from dropbox would be appreciated

    PSE 14 supports the D750 out of the box so Camera Raw compatibility is not an issue here.

    It depends if the right kind of document has been uploaded to Dropbox.

    D750 NEF files should be around 30 or so MB each.
